Indian Smart Bazaar – 7-Day Return Policy

At Indian Smart Bazaar, we want you to shop with confidence. If a product does not meet your expectations, our simple 7-day return policy is here to help.

1. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

You can request a return if the product you received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective or not functioning
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Different from what was shown or described on our website

Please raise your request within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

A return will be accepted only if:

  1. The product was not damaged after delivery.
  2. The same item that was delivered is returned.
  3. The product is returned in original condition, including:
    • Original box & packaging
    • MRP tag intact
    • User manual
    • Warranty card
    • All accessories

3. Non-Returnable Products

Some items are marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will still be eligible for a refund or replacement after verification.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered only if the same product is in stock with the seller.
  • If not available, a refund will be issued.

 

5. International Orders

  • Returns are not accepted for international customers.
  • Note: All product categories are non-returnable for International Customers for Export Orders.

 

6. Misuse of Return Policy

To maintain fairness:

Indian Smart Bazaar may limit, suspend, or block accounts that repeatedly misuse the return policy by:

  • Excessive returns
  • Frequent cancellations
  • Refusing to accept orders

 

7. Important Note

If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery for support.
